Products purchased through the Site are covered by each our individual Policy. The Shipping Policies are available on the our store page from the “Store details” link. To view the Shipping Policy of a OneCart Merchant from the home page, click on the “Stores” tab, find the store name, click “Go To Store,” and click the “Store details” link.
Products purchased through a link to a third party our website are covered by the our individual Shipping Policy, which is available on the our Web site. Please contact us or call us to discover a problem. Our efficient customer service staff will resolve this problem for you immediately.
Market America Flat Rate and Reduced Rate Shipping Policy
Flat Rate and Reduced Rate Shipping Policy only apply to eligible Market America products and brands ("eligible products") purchased through this Site. All non-eligible Market America items will be treated separately and charged Standard Shipping Rates.
All orders containing $199 or more in eligible products (excluding taxes and fees) will be charged a shipping and handling fee of $5 or 3.75% of the order amount, whichever is higher.
All orders containing less than $199 in eligible products qualify for Free shipping worldwide, unless they qualify for the Reduced Rate Shipping described below.
Three types of Reduced Rate Shipping are available for eligible orders: UPS Mail Innovations. This Reduced Rate Shipping option is available for orders containing eligible products that weigh less than 15 ounces. These orders can be shipped using UPS Mail Innovations at a rate of $3.00. Packages travel through the regular UPS network until they reach your local U.S. Post Office branch, where they are handed off to the local mail carrier to be delivered with the regular mail. All non-eligible Market America products will be treated separately and charged Standard Shipping Rates.
DHL Surepost.
This Reduced Rate Shipping option is available for orders that contain less than $99 in eligible products, weigh less than 10 pounds and are addressed for residential delivery. These orders can be shipped using DHL Surepost at a rate of $4.00 or 3% of the order amount, whichever is higher. Packages travel through the DHL ground network and are then delivered by the local mail carrier in the destination city. Average transit times are one day longer than normal DHL Ground. All non-eligible Market America products will be treated separately and charged Standard Shipping Rates.
Fedex.
This Reduced Rate Shipping option is available for orders that contain less than $99 in eligible products, weigh less than 10 pounds and are addressed for residential delivery. These orders can be shipped using Fedex Surepost at a rate of $4.00 or 3% of the order amount, whichever is higher. Packages travel through the Fedex ground network and are then delivered by the local mail carrier in the destination city. Average transit times are one day longer than normal Fedex Ground. All non-eligible Market America products will be treated separately and charged Standard Shipping Rates.
If an order is eligible for Reduced Rate Shipping, the option will be offered during checkout.
Flat Rate Shipping is only available for eligible Market America products shipped to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 U.S. States and the U.S. Territories of American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands as well as the Bahamas.
Reduced Rate Shipping is only available for eligible Market America products shipped to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. UPS Surepost orders must be shipped to a residential address.
Flat and Reduced Rate Shipping only apply to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States Zip Code.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate address information for the delivery of the order.
All orders returned to us due to undeliverability or refusal will be charged Standard Shipping Rates if you request that we reship the order.
Our carriers do not deliver on weekends.
Standard Shipping Rates - For orders containing $100 or more in non-eligible Market America products, a separate shipping and handling fee of $5.00 or 3.75% of the order amount, whichever is higher, will be charged. For orders containing less than $100 of non-eligible Market America products, a separate shipping and handling fee of $5.00 will be charged.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue Flat, Standard and/or Reduced Rate Shipping at any time.
The cost of shipping your order will be displayed at checkout. By completing your order you are agreeing to pay the shipping cost displayed at checkout. If for some reason the shipping cost displayed at checkout is more than what is stated in this Shipping Policy, you agree to pay the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
